Sex is only for procreation, the fact that there is some pleasure in it, is a gift from God to ensure that people will do it, as we are not regulated by hormonal scents like animals are. I am interested in the few who may think that Amish religion, or religion in general for that matter, is nonsense. It is behind ones parents backs that one gets up to mischief. People claim one can know they are saved now, but when I see who is claming this I have my doubts, they don’t even look like Christians or obey the Bible, yet they claim to be born again and have salvation. Like the Pharisees (who’re their spiritual progenitors) did with Jesus, the Incarnation of Perfection, the MM’s gnash their teeth at followers of Jesus who genuinely want to reflect their Savior. Our community and others around our area do not practice Rumschpringa at all. Ultra religious youth have been brought up to believe that sex is merely there for procreation and that love is defined by charity, by giving and caring for another, and not sex.Its a case of 1+1=2.

It’s just a better story with Amish involved. The less likely something is true based on the odds of probability being against it, the more likely it is false. From what I understand, the Ex Amish limited schooling is a real detractor from getting a great job but the Amish upbringing of being a hard worker is a big plus.T.L. Difficulty in ajusting is not what keeps the Amish in the church and out of the secular world, it is faith that the Amish way of life is the correct way.
