In spite of the amount of time that has elapsed, I clearly recall reading the last book in the series very slowly and thinking to myself, "I will be so sad to not be able to read about Anne anymore." My highest ideal of earthly bliss would probably be split into two parts: comfort, aka fluffy pyjamas, hot chocolate, and a movie night with a loved one on a cold evening; and style, just having everyday outfits that I always feel good about, rather then ‘eh, this’ll do’.Personally I’d love to walk the route that Anne and Diana walk to school, and would love to experience one of their lessons and see just how much has changed since the book was written. I used to picture myself as a princess in court, esp during boring lessons or sermons.I would visit the White Way of Delight and Green Gables itself.
