My dog will not be one disturbing the peace. They are extremely loud and the sound travels. I don’t know what world most of these ill mannered ppl live in. I moved into a upper middle class culdsac & had a neighbor who kept their small yappy dog outside 24/7 & alls it ever did was bark bark bark.. ! wanting it to be quiet for 24 hours a day is not realistic. I want to help her keep them since she has kids who may be attached. This is a form of animal abuse. My neighbor wanted to have my dog’s voice box removed. “Omg I can’t take it it’s driving me crazy.” Again I’m not exaggerating when I say hours at a time. If they did, the police would have a word.So if little barking poodle pumpkins is a human in your eyes, perhaps you should make sure he isn’t a menace to society.Talking and barking are same thing, just like a hair dryer is the same as a jet engine.I’m a police officer…not a good idea for you to be telling people to shoot dogs, or anything else.if you really are a police officer then keeping the peace should be your primary concern ,, advice like just ignore the problem hardly seems like something a peace officer would offerExactly… and we keep the peace by ignoring inane comments and taking a step back and diffusing situations whenever possible, not by suggesting one shoots other people’s dogs.TR the police officer, people are sick of being kept awake at night and the law not doing anything about it. Because this poor dog, who really is very sweet, is extremely lonely and bored out of her skull, she barks incessantly, any time of the day or night. They just want and thrive on conflict, they are bullies and their intent is to control poeple. But really, there are occasions when the dogs are here, and I think it’s ridiculous that I can’t let them be outside on such a limited basis. Very last one of them said. Sometimes they bark because they hear people approaching their door , and in an apt or condo complex this could be multiple times a day.
