The lead actors were poignant and portrayed their roles well specifically Yang se Jong and Jang Hyuk. Overall, I'll give it a 7.8/10. People keep saying that she doesn't fit for the lead role but guess what??? the background scores are great and jells well to their situations.

My Country: The New Age is an epic historical story about the birth of the Joseon dynasty told through the eyes of two friends caught on different sides of the power struggle for Korea. Its hard to tell who is who. I swear this drama amazed me a lot because if you watch this drama, you can see that the action stunt is so coordinated and I barely see the fight seen lacked, it's perfect! Woo do hwan oppa fighting!

They all did an amazing job and the storyline is also amazing.
